Lloyds 8%
I have been assuming that a Lloyds CC and a basic savings a/c would not be enough, not sure I will be be able to use a secure internet connection before next Monday, will see then.
Thank you.

Anybody got any news about darlington potentially launching a new Regular Saver to celebrate their 170th anniversary?

TiptonCOP working now, matched on first name and surname rather than needing to use the format given in the secure message. Account appeared in app an hour or so after it was opened yesterday afternoon, but no COP even late last night. Time will tell whether the payment was in time to show today, as the staff member did advise that they receive them once a day.
Can I ask, did you message the named staff member you were dealing with to tell them you had sent funds, or did the passbook just arrive automatically? I remember Loughborough wanting to be messaged when the account was funded but don’t want to send an unnecessary message if Tipton work differently.
Thanks again0 -
Seeing that the Tipton has restrictions on post code and "exisiting members" I suppose this is another B.Soc to open a speculative account with to enable one to get access to a future similarly restricted Regular Saver: sigh…..

Which is why I kept an account open with them when my last Tipton regular saver matured
I consider myself to be a male feminist. Is that allowed?0 -
Tipton
I didn't message to tell them I had sent funds. The passbook arrived automatically.

Same here. I kept the "Maturity Saver (app)". £10 minimum balance 2.35%, that was the best available option to have continuous membership.

Thanks.
Tipton payment sent at 6am, now showing in the app. Recall it being quite slow to appear when funding my previous RS with them so that’s the way to do it (but won’t work when the funds are maturing at another provider and thus landing in the distribution account later in the day.)0 -
Furness
New app version, which I have installed but it still says ‘go to app store’ then ‘open’ when I do - stuck in a loop. Anyone else?
