I have just over 22k in an Halifax ISA 3.35% matures Dec 26, interest is paid monthly. Martin Lewis was on ITV the other morning, he mentioned Chip? paying over 4% (cannot remember exact amount) I have never moved money before. I understand from what he said that these companies do it for you? Can you do this anytime or only on maturity in Dec? I need to be more savvy with my money. I have also money in a bonus saver with Halifax at only 2.28% ideally i could move some of that too into this. Any advice would be welcome

It might be better to start your own thread in the ISAs section of the forum. This thread is about regular savers (taxable accounts where you pay in a regular sum of money each month).
