It says its a 30 minute telephone hearing.
It states "it is expected that all parties will engage in discussion in advance of the hearing with a view to narrowing the issues and/or settling the case without the courts further involvement and the court immediately informed if the settlement is reached"
It goes on to say that "no later than 14 days before the hearing, every party must send to the court and to all other parties copies of all documents and evidence on which that party intends to rely at the hearing…"
This is from a fine in 2025 where I attempted to pay so even if I get photos of the car park they are not representive of the situation this long ago. Also I am not sure they heve photos either. So I am not sure what actual evidence either side will present here…

Read a few threads involving the same solicitors and parking firm. Seen it all before. You do realise they always discontinue so they won't send anything and this hearing won't take place?
But just in case, you must comply.
You do know what evidence you're serving because post 2 of the NEWBIES thread lists the usual recommended exhibits, in the section all about WS and evidence stage.

Thanks for getting back to me. I was in the middle of doing this and got an email from DCB Legal informing me that Euro car parks have instructed them ti discontinue court proceedings with an attached notice of discontinuance.
