Great, thanks for your help. So just to check, I can literally put that quote for section 3? I don't need to write anything about the poor lighting etc as it wont make a difference? If it goes further, do I just mention all that stuff at the later stage?

You just use all of the Template Defence with that as para 3. Job done for now.

When you say "defence sent" do you mean "submitted via MCOL" and not by email or post?
