I was with them for a couple of years just fine but the signal deteriorated later so that I couldn't make calls so I moved on. Possibly congestion with too many taking up these offers. I was promised a refund of what I was due which didn't arrive but a Trustpilot review quickly sorted that.

Lebara works absolutely fine for me, but I'm in a strong Vodafone area. I get 5G NSA / LTE.

My only complaint about them is that the do not have internal migration so you can't keep your number and move to another Lebara SIM, they only offer porting to and from other providers. Seems a tad short sighted.

I thought all networks are the same. Which other networks do internal porting?

The usual workround is simply to port to a free SIM from Asda or such then port to your new Lebara SIM. I've done it several times.

Lebara is fine for me also, including 5G.

I second this. I use Lebara (Vodafone) and have 95% 5G, rarely LTE (4G)

It is known that there is Network Prioritisation, so higher tier subscribers to the Vodafone network get priority in very congested areas (think concerts/events where there are thousands of people in a confined area). I think that is not more than fair; I pay 3.75 per month for 100Gb, Unl call and SMS, 100min abroad., I can't expect to receive top tier performance if I am not willing to pay top tier prices.

I even have eSIM. They offer a lot of bang for my buck.

    APN settings are important.

for me at Mobile data APN: uk.lebara.mobi and no passwords. for hotspot APN the same

Often this needs to be changed manually.
