£150 fee limit for shares per account? While good change to SIPP, seriously not for the other accounts.
But yep, if future cashback offers come up, I'll still use them for the cashback period.0 -
For my ISA to IWeb. My SIPP I moved to ii. Now ii have changed their charging structure I’ve moved my ISA to ii as well.guli said:
Who did you move to?jaybeetoo said:I’m glad I moved away from HL last year. That’s a big increase for holding shares, ITs, ETFs, etc. The new owners of HL are trying to get some of their investment back. They need to spend some money on improving customer support and IT.0 -

If they've changed this to a flat 0.35% fee (no tiers), then I'll be looking to switch elsewhere. The explainer document shows no changes to the tier levels or %age fee for the higher tiers.

Yeh, but it doesn't explicitly give the other 2 tiers so I just want to be certain.0 -
You can confirm it yourself by checking the fee calculatordisgruntled1234 said:Section62 said:disgruntled1234 said:I've contacted HL today to find out if the 0.35% platform fee is still for the first £250,000 and then still 0.25% from £250,000 to £1,000,000. Thank you. Based on what I see in the calculator, the 0.25% fee over £250,000 does still appear to be in place, so I should be better off with the new fees, although I do manually buy and sell shares periodically.0 -

Ah, thank you. That's what I was looking for!0 -
I'm affected by the increase to the shares fee cap
I'm holding out for the cashback to be paid and then will probably switch away shortly afterwards. They probably won't expedite it but who knows.0 -
Not sure if it would affect many of us here, but I noticed the per trade dealing fees are for "Online". Postal and telephone trade fees are being standardised at £29 per trade. Which will be a big hit for anyone buying/selling funds by post or phone as those are currently fee free.1
