Or a mix of the two.

    Basically, a big fat no!

The scheduled send feature of my mail client is a wonderful accessory in this day and age.

They'll get the email 15 minutes prior to their deadline and I can forget about this again for a little while.

I just had my mediation call. A simple call, outlining two things:
    1) They wanted proof of payment.
    2) They offered to reduce the overall debt to £220, paid in five monthly instalments.

Of course I refused and made clear why in my email to QDR.

Hmmm … now they don't have to amend their POC because you just said "I parked" in that email.

I already told them I was the driver.

    Also, this just arrived:

Just a point to note; QDR originally asked on 20/03/2026 to amend the POC. The PCN was issued 21/03/2020. This puts their request 1 day within the six year deadline.

However, what I'm reading online suggests that the official request to the court was supposed to have been undertaken prior to the six year deadline. Their request to me was not any official request to the court.

Does this mean they are now outside of the six year deadline to amend the POC, or is it based on their request email that was sent on 20/03/2026 to me?
