Timeshare and National timeshare helpline advice please

I'm an independent consumer advocate, and timeshare is one of the sectors I cover. I appear regularly in the media, including working with the BBC, and have provided crucial evidence in court trials. I won't DM the OP - if she wishes to DM me, that's fine. As for charges, I provide advice like this free of charge and help consumers self-advocate. I don't try to sell services, but if people want to seek redress and don't feel confident enough to take action themselves, I advise them on the safe, paid assistance available. In this case, it doesn't seem as though the OP and her family have any interest in pursuing a claim, so it would just be a matter of clarification assistance re the Keys contract not being an ongoing liability, and regarding National Timeshare Helpline, I feel the advice I have provided will probably help sort that out, but I would be happy to intercede if asked - but to confirm, there would be no fees or even expenses involved in this case - it is all FOC.

I think there is a real possibility you are, inadvertently, posting contrary to MSE rules.
A quick email to them should clarify.
