I have recieved a Claim Form for UKPC through DCB Legal. I am contemplating paying the £261 to avoid a CCJ and all the stress. I am in tears and just can’t afford this. I have no idea how to complete this form or what on earth to say. I’m devastated. I wish I just paid the original payment.

You will NOT get a CCJ if you follow the advice on here

HOW TO GET A CCJ ….. even though DCBL are involved, it does not follow it will go to court. DCBL is a chicken out legal hence they didcomtinue the rubbish from UKPC. If it went to court, and you lost which is not likely, a judge will give you time to pay, maybe 30 days and if you fail to pay, that is when you get a CCJ … NOT BEFORE

DCBL has added a fake amount and if you pay now, you have fallen into the trap of money scammers

DCBL fakery amounts to double recovery which is not allowed. DCBL are misleading the court by calling the fake add-on DAMAGES which of course is total rubbish and the courts know this and will not allow the fake. When that happens, and that includes the 8% interest, you would pay a lot less than the amount claimed and you can then claim your costs when a judge dismisses the claim. That is the danger DCBL run with

So, follow the advice on here, prepare you WS and then wait. because in true form, DCBL will try to offer you a discount which you ignore, they may try again and you still ignore. Then because DCBL will not want a court spanking fot their feeble attempt of DOUBLE RECOVERY … THEY DISCONTINUE

After reading this, can you see any good reason for you to pay a highly inflated amount

    PLAY THE GAME WITH DCBL

In January - when you posted the above - you were well aware this is what you want!

No you aren't going to pay a penny and no you don't wish you'd paid. Calm down.

    🙂

This is the easy 'End game' you wanted: copy & paste stuff.

Just follow the 8 steps in the Template Defence thread. Easy peasy. It'll be discontinued just before the hearing fee falls due in the Autumn/Winter.

Login to MCOL via your government gateway account and complete the AOS stage online on MCOL ASAP

Follow the 8 steps in the defence template thread in announcements near the top of the forum

Adapt the template defence you find there

UKPC via DCB LEGAL will discontinue by Xmas, same as all the other cases on here

Thank you. I have logged onto MCOL.

It is asking what I am claiming for and why. Not sure what I am supposed to put.

Obviously you aren't making a Moneyclaim!

Please edit your thread title to say which solicitor & PPC and the word 'claim'. It will help us help you.
