Any reason why the car park location has been blanked out?the Team at (blank) do not manage the car parkFrom the Plain Language Commission:

I will do this now. Is there any other specifics I should add to the DPO email? Should I request an SAR?Coupon-mad said:Have you emailed a complaint (not appeal) to the parking firm's DPO, threatening to report them to the Information Commissioners Office because this was two separate visits and the onus lies with them to look for the orphan images to avoid 'double dip' illegal data abuse PCNs?An update on the case, we have now had email confirmation of a 30 minute grace period from the General Manager of JLL which I have quoted below:“Thank you for your response, and I sincerely apologise for any earlier miscommunication. I want to assure you that we have thoroughly reviewed all correspondence relating to parking to ensure a complete and transparent response.
To clarify the main points from your email:
- Parking Fine: Bank Park has reviewed the case and maintains that the charge was issued correctly. Unfortunately, as previously advised, we are unable to intervene further in this decision.
- Signage: The development’s signage does make it clear that unauthorised vehicles are subject to fines.
- Grace Period: I can confirm there is a 30-minute grace period for unauthorised vehicles, intended mainly for deliveries and taxis.”

That reply is laughable the person writing clearly hasn't a clue:__bc1 said:“Thank you for your response, and I sincerely apologise for any earlier miscommunication. 1 There is no "fine"2 The development's signage does not mention anywhere anything about "fines"3 If there is a 30 minute grace period which this response has now conformed ANPR cannot differentiate what constitutes a delivery or a taxi, or what vehicle falls in to those categories. They have also divulged a hidden clause in the terms and conditions, and if the clause is ambiguous the interpretation that favours the consumer is often appropriate.Utter fob off rubbish!6 -
Utter fob off rubbish!
Money is the game which is why parking companies, debt collectors and legals talk so much RUBBISH
With regards to the ANPR of Bank Park, what happened to the pictures of the first exit and second entry. A = AUTOMATIC and it seems that Bank have faulty ANPR cameras
Being automatic, they must have pictures if the camers was working correctly. If not, abd this rubbish went furtherm a judge may want to see the pictures
JUST ANOTHER DOUBLE DIP LOAD OF RUBBISH4 -
So I have had email confirmation of the 30 min grace period from the company managing the building.
But so far I have had no confirmation of it from Bank Park, and it isn’t stated on their signage in the car park. And Bank Parks “reason” for rejecting my double dip appeal is “The signage at the aforementioned car park clearly states that only registered vehicles are permitted to remain”
If this does go to court would the email from the management company stating there is a grace period of 30 minutes be enough evidence? Or will Bank Park be able to deny the grace period which would make my double dip irrelevant, as regardless of the double dip I was still an “unauthorised vehicle remaining on the car park”0 -
Depends on the reason for the charge.

The email you have is a silver bullet. Great evidence. You would NOT lose in court.
Now do the email to the DPO that I advised, using the words I gave you. Also say that under your SAR rights you require not just all images but also a system log of every recorded data capture of the vehicle during the period, and that log must be signed by the DPO as a true and exhaustive list, following thorough human checks.

Sent the email earlier including all of what you have just said, apart from the last bit about the log being signed by the DPOCoupon-mad said:The email you have is a silver bullet. Great evidence. You would NOT lose in court.
