"The size and positioning of the sign must take into account the expected speed
and direction of travel of vehicles approaching the entrance and must be visible
(i.e. not be obscured e.g. by foliage or other objects). The design of entrance
signs must comply with the requirements detailed at Annex A." This fits the argument then, and from the other signage it's clear there are no building regulations or other prohibiting signage being made clear

I am so glad i took my photos! They have lost a few cases because of the sign, was in the exact place as indicated in picture yesterday and now today has been moved to the front of the fence!!! So they have obviously responded to complaints as I've used this place for almost 7 years and it's always been on the inside of the gate. I will likely need a witness statement from other people proving the sign was moved?

Yes and you have proof: before and after photos (you'll need the metadata time/date showing when you use them as exhibits).
