Yes,  plus you study the 8 steps in the defence template thread in announcements near the top of the forum by coupon mad,  which everyone should do,  to see what happens next

If Gladstones were to discontinue,  like DCB LEGAL tend to do, it would be in several months time,  just before the hearing fee is due,  no incentive to alter course until that defining moment

Its up to Horizon if they want Gladrags to continue or not, but assume that they will and plan accordingly

The conclusion to your case will happen before Xmas, possibly in summer

Thank you! I have been following the instructions as I've been going along not to overwhelm myself! With a bit of luck it will be thrown out based on the defence statement as its all a baseless nonsensical waste of time 🤣 i will endeavour to keep this post updated

So my defence was filed and received and showing on MCOL as of 13/01 a few days later I had an email from gladstones saying they will be continuing and their completed DQ. So far besides a letter from the courts stating that they had received my defence and will await further instructions from the claimant I have heard nothing. I am getting a bit anxious as I have not had my DQ and the latest thing on my online account is the defence, have I missed something? Was I meant to find a DQ form and submit or does it get sent?

You will receive a DQ in the post from CNBC but you could also check your status page on MCOL and when you see it has been sent, download one, complete it as a pdf and email it to the email address to be found in the template defence thread.

Thank you, nothing showing on there as yet. I will continue to keep an eye, just worried I may have missed something

No worries, you haven't missed anything. The whole process takes up to a year, from claim to hearing.

Download it only when MCOL shows a paper one has been posted out to you (don't use that. No scanning pictures of pages - CNBC doesn't accept that formst - and no posting paper).

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
