  • My wife and myself have been using the direct MAN-MCO flight for a couple of years as it was convenient. Received the e-mail offering refund or rebook for our flight on April 30 just 2 days after booking a rental car pickup in Orlando! Initially replied asking for the rebook option but only got back an automated reply. After further consideration we decided to request a refund and went ahead and booked new flights for ourselves that retain the convenience of direct MAN-MCO without changing dates.
    Again the refund request only received an automated reply, we would like to know how long it may take for Aer Lingus to process the refund, struggling to find any way to speak to a live person to discuss the matter.
