Oh I'm sorry you're feeling like this.
There is nothing worse.

I hope you feel a bit better today and the migraine hasn't hit too badly (sat here with a tension headache from 2 ridiculous days at work).

Also hoping today was better 🤞
I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping) -.literally have been run over by a bike, mobility scooter and a car - still here 💪2 -
I think it’s possibly weather related - pressure related. I had a horrible feeling in my head yesterday then headache and my son developed a migraine today. Can’t be a coincidence..?

Thank you so much everyone. Positive vibes received and massively appreciated 😊
It was another busy and long day but I was able to have enough brain space to put things back into perspective somewhat. The thing I really wasn’t looking forward to, didn’t actually happen. It’s been rescheduled but this in itself is a positive sign that things have calmed down considerably.
I’m tired tonight. Predictably didn’t sleep well last night due to anxiety but I’ve been well fed and looked after since coming home and my stress levels have dropped lots since this morning.
Tomorrow should be a much better day as I have scheduled some working from home time. That’s of course if I don’t get called in!
Thank you once again for your support. Such a wonderful group of people we have here.
Oh and should probably give a mention to Mr D, the silicone king 😂 Our bathroom is halfway there and looking lovely. We both agree his silicone work is so neat it could be a professional’s work. Well done him.4 -
@Honeysucklelou2 Thank you and yes, you are right. Just before and after a break are always the worst times in my experience.

Thank you @honeybee1234 I do really try to take care of myself because I want to stay healthy and continue to challenge myself. Both of my parents have/had significant mental health conditions and that is somewhere I don’t ever want to be.
Thankfully I am easily pleased. The things that bring me genuine pleasure are small and low-cost/no-cost.

Just catching up and very sorry to hear about the horrendous return to work. A bit late, but a virtual glass of vino from me, and possibly cake too if that helps. 🍰🍷
