Yes, don`t be too put off, when you`re asking for write off`s, you can get a very mixed reaction from creditors initially, so its important to stick to your guns and don`t stray from the goals you want.
It can take time and they should transfer you to their sensitive care teams if haven`t done already.
You have to stick to the narrative, don`t go chopping and changing strategy, you would like your debts to be written off, so that is the message to keep broadcasting to them, and then its a case of wait and see.
Don`t expect instant results, things move very slowly in the world of debt collection.

Have you had a needs assessment from the local authority?
After your needs are agreed they'll look at who pays what according to your income and savings, there is a possibility that the local authority will fund some of your care.

Ignore it, anything legal has to be sent by snail mail, it looks like a scam.

Ha ha ha ha, Mr Norris again lol.
There is so much wrong with that text, I honestly don`t know where to start, but first off, its a scam, so ignore it.
The wording, the name, non of what it states is true.
That is simply a scam text sent randomly and likely nothing to do with any of your creditors.
Similar ones have been seen before, Mr Norris is a name often contained within them.
What is a field agent then lol??? the word should be bailiff, but a bailiff can`t be engaged unless a CCJ has been granted and you have failed to make good on the payments, they must also give 7 days notice of attendance in writing, not by text, they cannot enter your home and take goods if you are not present, they cannot forcibly enter your home period, and payment arrangements are always a possibility, see where I`m going with this?
All utter tosh, and complete nonsense, delete and ignore.

The default letters are just what the creditors have to send you, still ignore texts, e mails etc.
Open and look at letters but unless you receive a Letter Before Action don't worry it's just the normal thing.
