Best to check the journal @Robbie64
There's nothing there. It doesn't look like we'll get one now as I'd have expected a trigger to have happened a couple of days ago at the latest.

I'm down near London and didn't expect it but received the payment yesterday into the bank. They go by a specific weather station in places I haven't even heard of. 🤔

At last! There's been a trigger for my postcode. Interestingly, the weather station that has been used is the old one, the one that had been used for my postcode from around 2008/9 to 2024/5. I'm guessing something must have happened with the new station.

Should be a Gov message in your Journal soon. Don't expect any notifications they seem to be able to override that process.

The journal messages for CWP are automated, perhaps automated messages don't trigger a notification, only journal messages which are generated by a member of staff. Not sure.

I checked and there was a message on my Journal. I didn't get a notification. I think NedS might be correct, that only journal messages which are triggered by a member of staff trigger a notification.

I get notifications about the periodic "other benefits you are getting" Journal message.

Since they get added between 2-3am I'm guessing they are automated.

The thing with this is to log in regularly because you can see how easily you could end up with a different issue. It probably is a bot accessing accounts by postcodes.

    I think it's a postcode automatic bot.

Just been back through UC Journal, not one mention of any payments for cold weather. Yet know we have had them.
