Ah thank you! I was aware of Anglo and plan on using them at some point, but didn't realise they did soft toys too, That will be handy!the_end_of_the_rainbow said:
Have a look at this site for rehoming soft toys to children who need them (eg hospice) - they also do doorstep collection. My daughter used them before Christmas & was really happy that her old soft toys would be given a new lease of life.jwil said:I helped little miss with her room earlier until we both lost the will to live. Good progress made though and we'll do some more tomorrow. A big box of paper for recycling, a bag for rubbish and a load of soft toys for donating/selling. She's worried that they are going to unloved and no one wants them. I've tried to reassure her!
I've also done a few surveys, though was screened out of most. I must keep up better this year with them as it's nice extra money to PAD.
Finished one of my Christmas books and started on the next.

Good luck with the new diary @jwil
I have subscribed as I'm aiming to follow your progress, which will hopefully keep me motivated to sort out my own life this year through decluttering and clearing debt.1 -

We've taken down the Christmas decorations this morning, everything feels cold and bare. We did leave one set of lights up around the TV. Another light decoration will be going to the repair cafe to see if it can be fixed, otherwise it will be decluttered.
DH has looked through little miss's soft toys, and set them aside for the car boot. Any that don't go we can either donate to school, charity or anglo.
I can't believe it's back to work/school tomorrow. Not looking forward to it! I need to drop the school an email about little miss and the issues she was having, and also need to remind little jwil's school that he isn't doing PE until he's had his next appointment with the consultant, which is due any time."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". I put some lights up in my little kitchen. They will be staying as they make me feel happier
Nice for youngsters to part with toys to give to other childrenIf you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them
