The donuts sound lovely though, a little rest every so often is fine I'm sure. Hope the counter protest goes well

Another survey cashout today.
Not much planned for today, little miss isn't parkrunning so I'm going to try and get some stuff done around the house. I also want to prep some food for next week. I'm on a course on Thursday, so that will be a change.

I've had a reasonably productive day today. I did some cooking this morning - casserole for lunch today with roasties and veg, cottage pie for tomorrow, and I made up a risotto recipe from a magazine which I will eat for lunches or teas throughout the week. I wish we had a bigger fridge and freezer, we just don't have space for a lot of batch cooking. I've really struggled to find space for it all. I should really halve recipes for me only, so I make 2 portions rather than 4.
We had the free hour this afternoon so washing, TD on, kids showered and everything on charge. I hoovered too which I hadn't thought about doing before 😂
I did a bit in the garden as well as the grass growing between the patio slabs was getting rather long!
I've done some more surveys so should be able to cash out again tomorrow 😁
I've been through and updated the financials. I had a spendy day out with little miss yesterday. I did buy myself a couple of lovely soft and snuggly jumpers which are great, and a new bra as the wire has snapped in one of mine which is annoying as I haven't had it that long. I figured at the rate I'm losing weight, there's no real risk of me shrinking out of the jumpers this winter, and even if I do they'll just be nice and loose for snuggling in.
Speaking of which I've basically been completely off plan for the last couple of days, not where I am normally where my meals are ok, but I snack too much. We got sent home with a pile of food yesterday which we've also eaten today. It's pretty noticeable how rubbish I feel from not eating well. I'm looking forward to getting back on plan tomorrow. I definitely feel much better eating less processed food and more fruit and veg!

Morning @jwil, I would say that you had a very productive day!
As you know, I love a weekly meal plan. It not only saves time and money, but also stops me having to think about what we will eat each day. I also notice a difference when I eat lots of processed food, especially those that contain lots of sugar. That said, how poor life would be without the odd treat. Have you thought of looking on V!nted for wardrobe replacements? There are some real bargains to be had, however, you do need to know your size for the multitude of brands on offer. I recently bought a M+S trench coat for £8 and it was immaculate. Enjoy the rest of the week ☺️
