Looking for an AI editor that can handle MP4 movie files
I am fed up with sites claiming to be free when they are not.......
If I was half as smart as I think I am - I'd be twice as smart as I REALLY am.

Even on "free" websites you are "paying" them by providing training data in the form of prompts, images, etc. Short of hosting it yourself using open source software I'd suspecrt there's no truly free options.1

Why do you want an AI editor? What editing are you actually wanting to do? There are free tools for doing things with MP4 video files.1

What do you mean by AI editor?
Do you mean that you upload a video and then say to the AI something like "colour correct this video for warm light"
Also, MP4 is a container that holds video, audio,subtitles etc. The actual video will be compressed using a specific format. Your editor will need to understand that codec.1 -
