Maybe I was just lucky?
My feet are changing shape 😊 One or two of the exercises are really stretching my big toe joint. I noticed this evening that the correction I have to make to stop my feet collapsing into each other was easier to both make and sustain 😊 I’m guessing the two are linked 🤷♀️

Oof I’m feeling the DOMs now …! Especially in my legs! Glad this evening is a rest day. Did get out for a walk at lunchtime today and my quality engineer joined me 😊
Went to an actual b00ts store after work this evening to try and find a new shampoo and conditioner as it seems to be impossible to buy the JF I have been using for aaaages. Think I might have found a good alternative, not one I have tried before 🤞 Also bought a selection of numero 7 lipsticks as the May-bell-een I currently use seems to have been discontinued as well (I am sooo sounding like my mother! 😂😂😂😂) The lady behind the till gave me two £10 off if you spend £20 on numero 7 products vouchers, immediately using one for my transaction 😊 I will take the other one into work tomorrow to see if either of the young women in the customer service office could use it, or know of someone else who could, before mid March (I definitely won’t).

Life is quietly bimbling along here 😊
Apprentice became the teacher today, as my quality engineer is on annual leave next week and I need to know how to manage customer complaints and supplier returns - he was very patient with me … 😉
Done my day 1 training session again (I have three I am cycling through atm). Plank is another crumb better - think that might be three crumbs now! 😂 Held it for 15 seconds and then 12 seconds. 😊
Lunges still hard even when static / not changing legs - the one side is waaay weaker than the other.
The other thing they have got me doing is journaling, last thing at night and first thing in the morning. You have to promise to do it for five days and ‘pay a forfeit’ if you don’t - I set mine as paying £50 to a political party I wouldn’t touch with a barge pole … I hope I succeed! 😉Mr KK has cooked tonight ❤️ and I’ve had an NSD 😊

I get bored doing planks after about 10 seconds. Today's lasted longer than normal as not-Fatty decided to sit on my mat underneath me. She can be useful sometimes!
