Kind of. The time flew and she ‘taught’ a bit more this week rather than just bombing through the routines and I asked a question about one section that seemed to be completely unknown and she demo’d, but overall still waaaay too fast paced for me. 😂 I’m mainly pacing through. She did mention that last week was her first ever class she’d led, which didn’t come as a surprise to me 😉skint_spice said:Was the dance class any better this week?

I did but because I think the reason for my disturbed sleep is anxiety. I did a Tai Chi energy settling exercise before getting into bed and used the 4:7:8 breath once in bed, both on Sunday and last night and that seemed to really help. I'm going to continue these practices (they take seconds) and see if they continue to help as I think I am still dialling down my fight / flight response from the sociopathic ex, three redundancies, Covid times, getting Covid 3 times and how badly that aged me, the crazy-job etc etc. I think 'gibber' / intense had become my default state and I need to, gently, dial that down, so my body feels safe. If that makes sense, it does to meBrie said:Did you sleep better??

Thanks @Twolabsandacat 😊🙏
Finished another novel tonight. A translation from the Russian of a very bleak but emotion filled life in Russia in the late 1920’s, 30’s and 40’s. The main protagonist, an illiterate but resourceful peasant / kulak ends up in a wild, completely untamed part of Siberia with a few other political prisoners where they have to build shelters from scratch, hunt, fish etc. I learned a lot from it but I’m glad it’s done! 😉
Had an interesting conversation with Mr KK over dinner about his funds and how to spend them. He’s now actually writing it all down as he agrees there is a risk he does ALL the spending 😉 and is left with no EF (part of the idea of selling the Bedford is that it would give him the breathing space of some kind of EF).Had a statement from @viv@ on one of my little pensions - it’s grown from £30,741 to £31,225 over the last three months. Extrapolated over twelve months that’s c. 6.3% growth. Not amazing but not horrendous.Cashed out £4.26 from one of the survey sites and sent that off as an OP along with a 53p TT of the joint account. Also, because the rest of the Bedford payment has landed in Mr KK’s account, I have sent off the £4K, so that’s £4,004.79 paid off so far this year! 😉😂🎊🎉🤩🥳I have run some OP calculations with the £4K lump sum and an average of £333 pcm OP for the rest of the term of the mortgage and we will reduce the term by 2 years 8 months. I’m fairly confident that we have already reduced it by six months so we should be clear of it (or have less than £10K to pay) within 10 years, so about 2 years before I reach SP age. There may be many other things that happen between now and then, but this is the first time I have ever felt within tangible reach of being mortgage free … happy sigh … 😊
