A super easy way to beat Park maven @ POPLA @Coupon-mad because they are incredibly stupid is thus
Lets assume the keeper is not the driver
Within the appeal box (because its quite different to a lot of other appeal systems) simply state that
I Nicolas Maduro of Caracus drive venezuela was driving and i did not do anything wrong when parking, i have nothing further to add
Now Park Maven being Park Maven will send a reply via email addressed to the keeper with the keepers address not having transferred liability
the keeper then appeals to popla enclosing a screenshot of the appeal sent to Park maven showing they had driver details and the keeper is not liable under POFA
Park Maven withdraws every time
Just another way to skin a cat so to speak.....

Premier Inn have now cancelled my ticket with Parkmaven. The email I sent to their CEO was answered by a manager who agreed to cancel it for me. I have had an apology, but nothing in compensation. I requested a meal deal on my next visit to a different Premier Inn, but have not heard back since last Friday, so I doubt this will be forthcoming. Thank you to everyone on here for the advice. It's utterly disgusting that this happens. Here is the reply I got:
Dear ____
Thank you for the below confirmation of VRN and Parking Charge reference number.
I have received confirmation the parking charge is now cancelled in full and attached the confirmation letter for your records. Any letters received on this parking charge notice in the next few days can be disregarded as this will be a cross over in the letters sending and me actioning a cancellation.
I’m truly sorry for the distress this situation has caused, especially given the circumstances you shared. This is not the experience we want for our guests, and I appreciate you taking the time to let us know what happened.
I’ve raised your feedback with the Bridgwater team and will ensure they receive additional guidance on how to handle these situations with empathy and clarity going forward. Your loyalty to Premier Inn is very important to us, and I hope we can restore your confidence in staying with us.
Thank you again for your patience while I resolved this.
