Parkmaven Premier Inn NTK

Good morning,
Yesterday I received a NTK from Parkmaven regarding a recent stay at a Premier Inn.  Having seen some of the useful threads on here, I contacted Premier Inn to tell them about it.  I have been instructed to appeal the NTK and provide my booking reference number as the only evidence needed for them to overturn it.

I was given no apology or empathy from the Premier Inn employee, who was very blase about the whole thing, which suggests that this happens a lot.

Before doing the appeal, I wondered if this sounds like sufficient evidence for a successful outcome.  I asked Premier Inn for a record of me keying in my registration number and/or CCTV footage, but was told that I won't need this information.  I cannot think of any other 'evidence' that
I could add to my appeal or am I missing something obvious.

I am disgusted and appalled by the Premier Inn's response to this distressing situation and will be making a formal complaint.

Thanks in advance.

Definitely complain,  known as plan A,  because they should have initiated the cancellation ASAP,  without you appealing , do so straightaway,  in writing

But do appeal before the 28 day deadline,  stating that the driver had a valid booking,  under reference 123456789 and that they registered the vehicle with reception,  (if true) ,  so cancel the pcn  ( if its not cancelled before the appeal deadline. )

Thank you both, I really appreciate your advice.  I sent an email to the establishment yesterday, but am yet to receive a reply.  I will appeal on their website tomorrow.

I tried ceo.pi@premierinn.com and ceo@premierinn.com and both came back as undeliverable.
  • simon.ewins@whitbread.com worked for me when Horizon claimed they were "working in partnership" with Premier Inn to manage one of their hotel car parks The invoice was quickly cancelled - as were three upcoming reservations at other Premier Inns by my none-too-impressed friend who received the invoice!

Would really appreciate some advice about my appeal to Parkmaven as I just want to get this completed.  Here is draft version.  I selected 'I was authorised to park' as a reason for the appeal.

The driver had a reservation to stay at The Premier Inn.  The vehicle registration was entered into the vehicle registration device at the reception of the hotel.  Evidence for this is the booking reference number:  BJF1388593 (see attached evience of invoice from Premier Inn).  The driver spoke to an employee at the Premier Inn called _______, who has verified that the NTK has been sent in error and that the driver was parking as a customer of Premier Inn.

I am going to attach my Premier Inn invoice screenshot as evidence of my stay.  Any advice very welcomed.

    Thanks in advance.
