long as you remember where you've stashed it and what you bought nowt wrong with that _dolly_rocker_
#30 wasn't a pleasant find - mouse droppings in the cupboard under the sink so spent the 26 minutes cleaning out, disinfecting, replacing open compost container (open parlour i now realise!) for a lidded box, ditto the dishwasher tablets just in case. spent rest of the 26 minutes emptying all the other bins in the house

I am beginning to get some life back into my bones. After a week of sitting around doing nothing I have managed to go shopping with DH and tidy around the spare bedroom for Grandchildren coming to stay. I last used it to make Christmas cards in so it was quite messy but half an hour later and one bin bag full it looked presentable. Beds need making and hoovering needs to be done before they arrive tomorrow

Love the idea of laminating souvenir tickets etc. I keep tickets ( some) patt in the hope they'll help me when I finally get round to sorting tickets . I have an unused laminator , present in about 2010!
A couple of things out but RL taking over with work, and home life. Ongoing saga with my front door with neighbour helping for more hours than he anticipated.

Evening all. Well I set off for the Swedish Shop early expecting to get there for opening or just after. Ended up arriving for early lunch! Major road closure M18 link to M1 North where I sat for an hour then had to go further South and then back Northwards. Too late to get out of the jam so I pressed ahead. They only have the curtain poles I want but none of the brackets or finials in black or white. I can't order them to pick up point either. I will look elsewhere. I did get a few other bits including two cushion covers for DGS4's room (there will be old covers to go when I find them), a set of colouring pens for him, yet more spice jars for DS2's amazing collection, a new lamp base as one of the two I have in my room is wonky, a circular peg thingy for socks, 2 underbed storage things for the sheets and quilt covers under Bedroom 2's bed, a new milk frother as my old one already thrown away and DGCs use it for hot chocolate. I discovered why the lamp was wonky as the one I got today has a washer and bolt fixing the stem into the base more securely whereas the two I bought before don't have this feature - one seems to hold ok but the other one was wobbly. I wandered round and got some ideas but no major puchases made.
I called at Mr M for milk and a few bits then went to JYSK to look at their curtain rails but none suitable although I did get the white wooden curtain rings I will need for bedroom 3 and a small travelling jewellery box in their sale for the bits and pieces DGD4 leaves lying around here. I received my new bank card and found a pin number on line so I did a test run with that at Mr M. I have moved enough money into the new account to cover remaining DDs for this month just in case balance doesn't move at same time as DDs are transferred across. They said the switch started yesterday and will be finished by next Friday - nothing showing on either account yet.
DD returned safely from Devon having had a good time. DS2 and DIL had a horrendous journey to Krakow - 3 hours sat on tarmac at Luton waiting to take off then 4!! hours getting through passport control at the other end. They seem to be having a great time today though.
Sox has gone out hunting - hopefully he is not bringing anything back with him tonight. Tomorrow is tidying, cleaning, possibly a little wallpaper stripping and finishing off some frogs.

Moorviews - the Stiffkey blue is for the office which will be a bedroom. The silver grey carpet is for my bedroom which is F & B Yearbridge Green.
J arrived at 8.
Something had been at the bags of freezer food that I had stacked in the drive ready for the tip so J double bagged it and put it outside the gate so he could power wash the drive.
J climbed up in the office and emptied the top two shelves and carried it all downstairs for me to sort. Such a help and time saver for me. J was here for 3 1/2 hours.
J helped me look at the paint - there was not much and we ended up keeping it.
Everyone needs a J.
R came to get the stuff for the tip. I asked him to visit Mr T on the way home from the tip. Poor R - he phoned me - the Johnsto.. paint was £30 but £15 with a club card which R doesn't have. He came all the way back to get my card. R said it was a very good deal - 10L of brilliant white emulsion for that price - it will do for the ceilings.
A man from the chaps who are doing the new gas mains came to look at my meter. As a last resort - they may have to dig up my drive! I said J has just cleaned that!.
Letter arrived from DWP - been given over £200 - no one has been asking for money yet.
I had a letter from the council yesterday - I am due a refund on council tax.
I had my lunch and went to Lid. - they had a king size Silentnigh. mattress protector for £9.99 - £8.99 with
the app - which I have - the same thing is on the Arg.. site for £18.
I popped to M & . to get more nougat - it is yummy.
I ordered a mattress and headboard today for my bed.
My paint order is coming tomorrow - very quick delivery service..

@@Florenceem wow, you're doing so much, I hope you are resting and taking care of yourself too.
Making a mega list for next few months as away visiting dd1 for a while and been given a date for next part of my multi year frog.
Pen, coaster and receipts out, 190.
Recognising need to scale down targets for first few months and hopefully catch up after.
Writing an inventory does make me face how much I own. Been doing for some crockery and realise way too much.

26 minute declutter #31 another box from the office - best find, 2 tins of shortbread biscuits - a bit out of date but they'll be fine!

Made a start on first two parts of a six part frog. There will be some toing and froing with each part until it is fully complete but it feels good to have set the ball rolling.
Next few papers gone through for recycling and fire lighting. More bathroom and kitchen consumables uu.
Am worn out tonight - ended up at a 4yo’s birthday party this afternoon by accident! I spend most of my time home alone so it was a shock to the system.16 -
