Love the dress! Very nice and will be so usable again too.

Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!

Haha, yes very true @greenbee 🤣 although I was hoping for the Mediterranean beach ⛱️ and heat they get over there 😉😆.

Thanks @Watty1 🥰 and @beanielou me too! I used to go with a friend to these sorts of things but since working full time I find it hard to fit in.

Well I'm at work, although sat in the sun outside currently for my lunch. The car went in this morning and DP has just rung with the cost and problems 😑😩 £345 on two new tyres. The front right is indeed needing to be replaced but so it the front left. The one with the nail in can be repaired apparently. This was all we needed esp with our service/ MOT due only in a few months too. Grrr. Anyway he's okay'd it to be done. Hopefully we will get the car back today but not sure. We've got a long weekend now anyway so if not done today hopefully they can finish it tomorrow.

Feel like I'm making a mistake lowering my hours thus my pay from September as we always seem to be hand to mouth and never able to get ahead. I do have that small EF but as dp has been paid a bonus we will cover the tyres from that. I think we'll be left with a small cc but it is what it is. I've paid my cc off.

Right I best get going back to work. Finish at 4:30 today though so not long left.

That's true @in_need_of_direction I am pretty frugal when it comes to batch cooking etc when I have time and energy to do so. And time for selling items on and wouldn't be using the car as much etc.

I finished a little earlier today as I cut my lunch short and took the time back at the end of the day.

I have a hearing aid appointment through so I'm assuming they've accepted me for one! It's end of the month! Also my blood tests are back and the vitamin D tablet I've been taking has worked because that's up to where is should be now. So nothing is abnormal there which is good. So everything points to this postural hypotension then. Need to deal with the stress then and I think we'll be half way to fixing that problem.

It took me over an hour to feed and water the plants in the garden earlier. I can't wait to set the sprinkler up tomorrow then I will just have to move it around every now and then. I have a tonne of cardboard for the beds I want to smother the weeds in...I will try and get on top of some of this over the weekend as we've an awful lot of cardboard piling up. Every time we've had a delivery from freezer to wedding bits to garden stuff I've said -NO! Don't throw that box I need it.....umm.... I didn't realise how much we have 🤣🤣 there is a LOT. So that's an easy win for clearing some rubbish out when I've worked out how much I need.

Car is back. We got home and DP had a speeding ticket 🙈 another one. 36 in a 30 because he was tired and it was 11:30pm at night he said 🙈 he was rushing to get home to bed after a long day out. I did feel for him. The stretch of road is super quiet not even any houses but there is a school....which obvs was shut at that time. But yep, I knew about that camera but it seems he didn't. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Sigh....I'm hoping this and the tyres is the end of the bad news now. 🤞🏻

I put some lights out on two small trees earlier, solar ones, super cheap but they don't seem to be working yet. Do they need to charge?? I only did it around 5pm maybe I'm being impatient but they are not lit up yet 🤣. I was a little annoyed too because they are tiny little things rather than the big shiny things they looked like online!!! I have to stop falling for this cheap crap online. Seriously 🤦🏻‍♀️😆

Some solar lights have an on/off you need to slide or press. To check if they are working just put your hand over the Solar panel and that mimics it being night and it should light up
