Please edit the thread title now. Helps us to help you if you come back later with a Claim Form. You are not needing urgent help and the title doesn't help you as it tells us nothing when you post each time.

No further advice needed right now if you are still just at laughable threatograms stage (as you've now seen, when you looked at the pictures in post 4 of the NEWBIES thread).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Does this title suffice? I feel very uncomfortable with this "threat" etc. I wrote a very well worded long email to ECP DPO and got a completely generic response that didn't acknowledge anything. The site agent isn't back until the 5th her email said

...please edit your thread title to something suited to your case. Look at other thread titles on this board. The most helpful ones have the name of the PPC and stage the person is at.

'Urgent Help' isn't needed (in fact it can be seen as an unhelpful and annoyingly meaningless thread title - sorry) and it doesn't even say in the tin what it is about or the name of the PPC.
Like I said on Xmas Eve - my post is repeated above - please give us context in your thread title. Twice, I explained what to edit it to say (and please delete the asterisks).

Thanks, that is abetter thread title so we know what we are dealing with before we even read the new reply added ... we need helpful thread titles because regulars might reply on up to 100 new posts on some days!

Ive received no further comments on post.
But you aren't at a stage that needs any further help. We have already advised you clearly. Several regulars advised you, e.g.

Nothing is going to change in January, even if the site agent goes in holiday for a month! There is no deadline in play.

I got an email from who i rhought was the car park owner who deals with this. They say theyre not the current owners of this retail park. We therefore have no say in parking charges.

Am I now down to looking at the small sign in the car park for an address? Can someone clarify who it is perhaps? Its the Peel Centre in bracknell

    Thanks!

And anything with PEEL in it tends to be PEEL holdings as landowners,  like in Stockport,  airports and ports etc

But Savills are usually good at cancelling pcns
