what details did you give MSE to chase it up, Ssusie? as neither hubbie or I have received our emails and likewise we got sent the generic email “ we’re really busy and will respond as soon as…blah, blah! when submitting a request. Hubbies was due 22 March and mine 29 March. 😡

I am going to be sceptical that anyone at MSE has chased it up for you.

I'd be doubtful that TSB will do more than pass you back to the voucher provider.

You have the email and form - complete that.

Hmm, finally got mine today after repeatedly replying to their useless auto-reply.

They claim they sent the voucher claim in early March, and today re-sent it, separately to their reply, as if a new claim email. Today's claim email was received and has worked. So that's good.

But I've checked my emails, including deleted, going back to start of March, and there is no claim email from them. I doubt it went to spam as today's didn't. So I don't quite believe they did send it in March.

But at least I do have it now.

Ssusiee - you must have been fortunate. I'm in exactly the same situation as you were. Despite doing everything correctly and emailing Giftcloud, I've got nowhere and now they’ve stopped replying.

So I tried via the moneysupermarket email you provided above. All I got was a reply from Fin telling me it was best to go via the messenger service. Turns out Fin is an AI chatbot. What a joy that was trying to deal with via the messenger service, only to be told that they couldn't connect me with a human.

From my point of view this has been a shambles

This offer is beyond absolute !!!!!!.

Was meant to get my £25 gift card for switching to Santander by 10th march. Nothing. I email vouchersent on 15th march and 25th march. Nothing.

April 14th they email back asking for information I'd already provided in my initial emails to them.

April 22nd they come back saying: "we could only accept queries up until the 7th April.

As the enquiry period has now passed, we are no longer able to investigate or respond to any new claims. We apologise for any disappointment this may cause."

Absolute joke considering it was their ineptitude that took me past their deadline.

Spoke to Santander, they told me to speak to MSE since it was their third party link.

Dentonn, this thread is for a TSB offer which used Giftcloud. What you're referring to is Santander's offer using VoucherSent.

I got the bot initially but kept typing 'speak with human' and it was passed on, unless Gary was also a bot 😉

Just had a response from Beth at Moneysupermarket

"These vouchers are issued by the rewards provider Giftcloud; the team at Giftcloud are currently experiencing a high volume of queries, so may not have been able to answer your email yet. However, we've reached out directly to our contacts at Giftcloud and asked for this to be picked up; they're best placed to help as they have visibility of your voucher registration, and receive updates from TSB regarding eligible sign-ups. You should hear from the team within the next week."

Can't help but think I'm going round in circles.

Then I get an email from Fin (the bot) asking me to rate the conversation!! Unfortunately there wasn't an emoji for absolutely blooming useless.
