Has anyone had any success via raising support tickets with Giftcloud? I have been chasing them for a reply repeatedly for almost a month but they are not responding at all. Their auto reply email states that they aim to respond to emails within 48 hours but clearly that is complete rubbish.

No. OH and I are in the same boat as you. No communication from them and no sign of any vouchers.

@Over62 - you are one of the lucky ones.

From my previous post and email from Beth at Moneysupermarket "You should hear from the team within the next week."

Well that week has come and gone and guess what - no response whatsoever.

I'm not giving up, I'll keep plugging away.

for those still struggling with receiving any productive reply from Giftcloud, I found that leaving a negative review for Giftcloud on Trustpilot worked its magic.

Loads of negative reviews on the site, but it appears that Giftcloud respond to the majority of these by sending the long overdue emails to claim the voucher. I chanced my luck and after several days Giftcloud responded to my dire review and request for help, and promptly sent my email.

Hubbie did the same and it worked for him too .
I found that mentioning in the review that you wanted someone to look into your claim had the desired effect.
    good luck. 🫰

@NewYorkNo1fan - Many many thanks for that info and tip. It actually worked, just as you said. Posted a scathing review and within an hour had received a response on Trustpilot and then within minutes the voucher was in my email. What a strange company policy whereby you only receive your voucher after leaving them a negative review.

If others try this, I think it only works, if you put your Giftcloud ticket number (that you receive when initially rasing the complaint) in the bottom box when submitting your Trustpilot review.

    Don't give up.
