After watching the show we opened a tsb account, registered etc,.in the correct time frame.  No amazon voucher! Just spoke to tsb... They say that the information on the website and program is incorrect and it is only available if you now apply for a credit card
Did you click on one of the affiliate links (e.g. MoneySupermarket) that brought you to Giftcloud to register prior to applying for your TSB account?

The offer (for opening an S&S account) began about a month ago and ended less than 2 weeks ago. The terms state:
Within 90 days of opening the account, you'll be sent an email allowing you to claim your gift card. you'll then have 90 days to claim your gift card.
    Have some patience!

Anyone else experienced issues claiming their voucher? The site is just telling me it's out of stock and to come back in 24 hours…when it is still out of stock!

Edit - after 3 days of the same issue I have finally managed to claim my £25 this morning.

  • it's been nearly 90 days for me and no email. TSB can't help as they said it's an MSE thing not a TSB offer … 🙄

The offer was promoted here on 19th December. That's only about 60 days so far. So unless you went for it well before that you've still got a month to go before 90 days are up. That's loads of time…

Edited to add: This info, about who to write to with queries, is from the confirmation email I had from them on 20th Dec:

Release of the gift card is the responsibility of MONY Group once authorised by TSB, and cannot be redeemed directly from TSB. If you have any questions regarding the offer, please use the form found here https://giftcloud.zendesk.com/hc/en-gb/requests/new – TSB, Moneysupermarket.com LTD or Money Saving Expert (Mony Group) are unable to respond to any queries relating to this offer.

Has anyone received their £25 reward link from gift cloud once their validation period has passed?

Hi, I thought I hadn't and was just about to complete the form above, but then checked in Spam, and lo and behold, it had been there since 5th March, so check yours 😵

I haven't yet, I submitted the form last week and got a circular back claiming they had an unusually high volume of mail (that old, almost certainly fibbing, excuse!) and that I try their FAQs (which don't help at all). I will be writing again this week!

No unfortunately, - but I'm quite good at deleting spam before I look at it 🙄
