Mediation not successful. They wanted me to pay £135 as settlement from £160. I offered them £0, and then £5 and then £10. They refused.

Their argument was becos i didnt reply to their first letter and allow it go to court, that court fees has been added onto it.

I informed them that it is a shame that they have added court fees to it. But I wont be increasing my offer and we shall see in court.

So next step is....we see in court.

No latter than 14days to the hearing in september. Are you very sure they will discontinue. Because Most of my parking tickets ends in court hearing. Even when they discontinue i still take them to the hearing through counterclaim
