Dcblegal has sent me an email with a form for directive questionary. They stated that they have reviewed my defence and wishes to proceed.
The following week they sent me another email offering a 30% discount. That if i pay before XYZ date they would ask the court to withdraw. I ignored both emails.
Now they have given me 5 missed calls on different days n left me a voice mail to contact them.
I am still yet to receive my QD from d court.

All standard stuff from DCBL … discounts, saying they proceed, phone calls etc …… It's all a BIG try-on ???
All signs that in the end they w3ill discontinue
If it does go to mediation, stick to your guns and PLAY THE DCBL GAME ,,, Just say NO to paying

Can be up to 6 weeks I think.
Hope you didn't send it as scans or photos? As long as you didn't, all is OK.
