Thank you Rosie, very helpful, our app reflects the same timings as yours for that day. Did you also have a day when the cheap rate lasted from 5pm to 11.30pm? Then went off until midnight?Rosie1001 said:I’ve just checked , I had mine come on around 8 pm be other day , but it doesn’t happen regularly
Edit , just checked back , it happened on the 4th December as well

I got a email regarding my snug , off peak is staying the same
small increase on peak and standing charge
I posted a pic on here the other day0 -
Well I phoned today to see what the rates would be and was told the new rates would be published on January 2nd !!
I haven't found any specific rates for any of the variable tariffs on their website apart from Cosy.0 -
Having posted the above earlier, I now see that my new rates are available on https://octopus.energy/tariffs/ by putting in my postcode (note - not asking for a quote)
The new rates are also now showing in My Account.
A slight increase in the Day rate and Standing charge. Still 9p "night" rate.0 -
I wonder how @Jackie62 is getting on with the timings issue?0
