We don't need to check a Smart Parking defence but clearly, you can see you must edit obvious things like date and location.

And did you use the latest version there?

Please don't ask us to check again; this is why we started a group thread to stop all this because we were drowning in same old same old Smart claims!

Have you read it. ?  Especially paragraph 3, especially the date and location. ? Yours wont be the same as what you posted.  You made an easy research harder than was required,  due to not looking further

With an issue date of 05/12/25 and providing you complete(d) the AoS after 10/12/25 and before or on 24/12/25 your defence deadline date is 4.00 p.m. on 07/01/26

But the draft you posted with Milton Keynes in it is the 1st link, by micky22,  not the newer 2nd link at the bottom of page 1 by sluzz,, see below

I genuinely do not understand (and personally have no sympathy and will just walk away from any repercussions) if people do that. There is only so much we can give, before I just click away sometimes.
