End of min term notification

With Vodafone and min term ends 19/12/25.

As of yet I have not had any notification telling me what options I have or what my out of contract price will be.

I thought it was supposed to be 30 days before end of min term for any broadband firm to inform customers of end of term contract ending?

Do you not have 'future bills' shown on Vodafone?

Yes I do.

As of now it is still showing for 20 December 2025 as what I have been paying per month since April.

Does it not go beyond December? If so and it's still the same then I'd presume you're happy with what you're paying? If not either switch or contact them.

20/12/25 bill is £28.70 for 80/20 speed.

There is a £11 discount but that says it runs out 19th.. and then it says your bill will be generated on 20th so not much notice.

I was going to leave VF early this year but where my bill is £28.70 pm if you leave early then you pay the non discount price of £39.70 so it was not worth it.

Yeah, that's not great. You should be on double the speed for £8 less.

It started off at £22 pm but with annual rises it became £29.

I was going to leave in June for Sky at £20 for 150mb but I would have to pay VF £240 ETF and stayed 

I have looked at Virgin media they came to do a site survey and wanted to cut straight across the tarmac driveway to the house from the pathway.

Other option was to run it by next door's fence and then put it in a green conduit and have that on top of the tarmac. I thought he was joking.

You said you're on 80/20? Sky's 150 is double(ish) so perhaps I've misunderstood something there?

You said you're on 80/20? Sky's 150 is double(ish) so perhaps I've misunderstood something there?

VF 80/20 mb

Sky was offering 150mb but declined due having to pay VF ETF.

I stayed and still on or with VF.

Just to update and close this thread.

I spent just over 3 hours on live chat to 6 people about the issue and chat to 1 person only for that person to say I can't deal with it here's a link and then explain and give details all over again.

Last person said that the notification was not sent out but I should know when my contract ends so no need for notification.

The person said that my price would be £40pm from 20 December.

I said I need to make a complaint and he said he would look at deals for me.

I took the 150mb and anytime calls for £25pm which is less than what is paying for 80/20 speed.

Open reach booked for 30/12/2025.

An update to my thread about my issue.

My new line was installed in January due to availability issues.

I had no internet for 2 days and no landline for 4 days.

I got my 1st bill for that month and for next month paid in advance.

The bill was high and on looking more closely there were 2 x £10 for anytime calls and the broadband monthly figure was incorrect.

Chatting to VF they say my broadband is £15 pm but my plan says £17.15.

Got nowhere with them and I asked about the calls package and why I pay for a whole month when it was only 13 days of new deal and was told that it would still be £10 pm if it was for 30/31 days or 1 day as they don't do pro rata. Lucky I canceled the 1st install date as that was 3 days before billing cycle.

VF rep said wait for next month bill to see if it pans out but that is showing £27.15 and not £25 and no out of call package extras.

Will have to wait and see for now.
