There is a slim chance the Decision Maker at the DWP will pick up on the discrepancy between aid/appliance in report versus your assistance from another person in your documented submission and correctly apply. I suspect they lazily will not.. but you probably will find out in next couple weeks or so when the decision letter arrives.

There is three disparities. It also says on one part based on the claimants likely future circumstances it would be appropriate to review the claim in two years

On the first point...yes... but the same in each case it would seem. On second point that would suggest an award of 3 years is likely (they tend to add a year on as the review year).

Also on the descreptors it states under each question that the claimant did not give an explanation on paper application. I give detailed summary for every descreptor. Why would helth pro state that?

If this is your first PIP claim don't be surprised at the short length of award.  Apparently those of us with long-deteriorating conditions often have a chance of getting better within three years(!)  If only medical science reflected DWP's optimism …

In terms of the disparity it depends on whether the help you get could be functionally replaced by an aid or appliance (there's all sorts of amazing assistive devices out there) or whether you absolutely HAVE to physically have another person helping in order to be able to do the activity reliably, repeatedly, in a timely manner, etc.  You would have to explain why you can't use common aids - or why they don't help - and why you need the physical assistance of another person.  (For washing/showering, needing assistance to get in or out scores more than needing assistance to wash lower half anyway.)

So even tho there is three disparities the fact i scored enough points with the capita interview do you think i should still get awarded pip?

The DWP Decision makers almost always go with the contracted advice from the assessor... so much so they will even sometimes copy clear errors into their decision. The discrepancies are unlikely to be picked up by the DM unless they do their job! You've calculated the report is recommending a standard award of both components and that is likely what will be the decision... not assured but more than likely.

"the claimant did not give an explanation on paper application. I give detailed summary for every descreptor. Why would helth pro state that? "
    - good question. It suggest to me they did not see your form... which they should have and have looked at before seeing you or they really have messed up the completion of the report....or you did fail to explain on the form how your condition affects you in completion of the activities relevant.

On balance I think it highly likely you'll  be awarded PIP (standard for both components) because of the healthcare pro... not the other way around. Hopefully the decision letter will land soon.,,I think they give text update to indicate decision taken.

I hope so i only want what i deserve and no more. I had to stop work in april to look after my mother and it was only then i had a little bit off time to press for an mri on my back. Was told it was wear and tear by doctor for ten years only to find out i have two slipped discs and nerve damage in my lower back. I knew it was more than just wear and tear. My mother gave me 50 pound a week to live on as uni credit covers mortgage and house insurance only. Sadly my mum passed away on the 27th of november. I would gladly go back to the 50 pounds a week and to have her back but that wont happen.
