    You accept their WS as a non qualified person and you accept that a legal firm can get their facts correct. Even if the court accepts the changes, very doubtful they would allow any costs to be added because of incompetence

    Update. I had the mediation call today. They said they would accept £200. I said for a £1.60 contract that was absurd. I offered £10. They said they would accept £170. I offered £10 again. They accepted.
