    Sorry if I am being daft, but I have searched "Smart Parking Defence Group" and there are multiple with similar titles but none that are an exact fit. Please can someone post a link to the correct thread, thank you

    We hate posting links to threads. Defeats the object of this forum. It helps no newbie if we produce links like a rabbit out of a hat because the research element (and growing confidence in using, navigating & searching the forum) is lost.

    With an issue date of 19/01/26 and providing you complete(d) the AoS after 24/01/26 and before or on 07/02/26 your defence deadline date is 4.00 p.m. on 23/02/26

    OK, so I have found the thread with 11 paragraphs in it. Do I just post those exactly as they are as my defence? Are there other things I need to consider? 

    The defence para 4 refers to 'pre-loaded interest' but there is no mention of interest in the amount claimed, do I still leave this in?

     Remove that if QDR haven't added interest.

    Please don't show us the defence though. It won't need checking as long as you remove anything about interest (obviously not the entire paragraph).
