@Coupon-mad just reading the article and have question on your statement "Southampton was investigated by Trading Standards and found to be operating contrary to good faith and open dealing"

Other than this statement in the report,

"Councillor Jacqui Rayment, Southampton City Council's cabinet member for transport, said: "Southampton City Council's Trading Standards team continues to work with the managing agents and Britannia Parking regarding the parking tariffs and signage at West Quay Retail Park.

"As a result, the tariff at West Quay Retail Park is in the process of being amended, new signage will be installed and the machines reprogrammed."

I cannot find anything "stating as a fact that Trading Standards found the terms unfair" so would it be appropriate to frame using your words?

Yes because that's the only reason TS stepped in. That is what they look at: misleading information and lack of good faith / open dealing. Consumer Rights Act and CPUTRS breaches.

Read the CMA's article from the other day in the news. You'll see those phrases!

    Nice work!

The first WS citing the CMA's published news.

    👏

I merely thought as i read it, that you could remove 4.6 which was repetition and kind of made no sense to talk about how the claim might succeed!.

Thank you, everyone, for all the support.

The work on the WS definitely wasn't wasted. My other thread is the same issue with the tariff switching at 23:00, so will use it for that:
