    - When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £219,071
    - OPs to mortgage = £17,793 Estd. interest saved = £9,021 to date
    c. 16 months reduction in term
    Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030

    Read 26 books of target 52 in 2026 as @ 12th April. 
    Produce tracker: £78 of £400 in 2026

    It would have been but I realised that ‘Puke-gate’ continues here (my cat vomited on my side of the sofa last week, I didn’t realise and sat in it …) The smell really got into the sofa so I had to get it cleaned but the miasma is arising from the scatter cushion pads (which are mostly worn out) so I have admitted defeat and ordered some new inserts! 🙄😂🤷‍♀️

    I had a feeling that December was going to be difficult to achieve target on … 🤷‍♀️
