This may be a daft question, but did Chase email you to advise you of the offer? From what I gather it wasn’t offered to everyone. If so, you should contact them to query your non-receipt as I think that they’d have sent them all out by now.

I completed my 5 transactions on the 28 November as well - and have not yet received a voucher.

The T&C give them 28 days though, so I am not going to chase until after boxing day if I haven't heard before then

Yes got the email on the 27 November for this offer.  I have spoken to them on messaging and was asked to send a screenshot of proof of offer.  

They said they would pass to a specialist for investigation. However that dept wanted to know what phone I had and version.  

Never heard anything further so phoned to be advised the email may not be genuine.  So again I was requested to screenshot again and go via messenger and would not take the matter further until this has been done.

However once submitted they replied I now have to wait 28 days.

This is why I was interested to know if others were still waiting.

Finished the 5 debit card transactions in early Dec and £10 Amazon code was emailed this Weds.
