That's good. I would just add here:

Accordingly, the Defendant is unable to admit or deny the alleged breach but does deny the existence of an agreed contract. The Claimant is a stranger to the Defendant and the Claimant is put to strict proof of…

Hi I received a response this morning:

    Your Defence

We have reviewed your Defence and respond as follows: -

We note that your submissions appear to rely on a generic internet template rather than the specific facts of this case. Your assertions regarding lack of notice are denied.

The Parking Charge Notice and subsequent correspondence were issued to the address obtained from the DVLA, in full compliance with the relevant procedures. All notices were sent to the same address that you have used in your defence, and you were therefore afforded adequate opportunity to respond at the appropriate stage.

In the circumstances, your claim of not receiving the original notice is not accepted.

Accordingly, the charge remains due and payable.

In view of the above, our Client is satisfied that you are liable for the full amount of the Claim, and we urge you to make payment as soon as possible.

So what if you used the internet,

    Comedians

Their REAL comedy of errors is the claim form ……the PCN IS £100 NOT £170 so they have lied to you and the court because it's FAKE and a very feeble attempt of DOUBLE RECOVERY

The mediation service will contact you both, so yes, plus keep checking your MCOL claim history for when they post the N180 out as well, so 2 stages, as seen in the 8 steps in the defence template thread in announcements

It’s almost been 2 weeks since that email and have heard nothing from them since and nothing has been changed in my claim file. Is this normal for this stage?
