Trace are just timewasters who love to scare people with their rubbish

Moorside has added a SCAM amount called the OSNER SCAM. This is against the ruling of the Supreme Court

If it does goes to court Moorside will need to explain to a judge why they have added a scam amount let alone taking a scam to court and a feeble attempt to mislead you and the court ??? It's all Mickey Mouse stuff so play the Moorside game, just wait, never pay a scam

No need. We don't need to see these letters again please, or to check your response. As advised: You'll receive a 2nd one then respond with the template LBC response.

You'll know what the second one looks like if you've read some recent Moorside LBC threads. It's everywhere.

See you back here when the Claim Form arrives in the Spring but that too, is handled with a template defence. We assume you've read enough Moorside threads by now to know what to do. Easy steps. Tried & tested.

    Hello again,

That second letter never arrived but a claim form came this morning. I have since recontacted the car park owner as a last ditch effort to see if they’ll change their minds. In the meantime I assume i’m to register my intent to defend then draft my defence from the template?

    Yep. Easy enough.

Show us the POC and issue date of claim?

Sorry for the late reply this is the front page. I’ve acknowledged the claim already.

OK use the Template Defence and in your para 3, respond to the alleged breach.

Hi, this is the paragraph I've written for the draft, would you mind checking it. Thanks.:

    3. The Defendant did not receive the original Parking Charge Notice and only became aware of this matter upon receipt of later correspondence, by which time the sum demanded had already increased and the opportunity to appeal or respond at the earlier stage had been lost. The delay and lack of timely notice have materially prejudiced the Defendant’s ability to investigate the alleged event, preserve evidence, and verify the contractual terms said to have applied on the material date. Accordingly, the Defendant is unable to admit the alleged breach and puts the Claimant to strict proof of the notice sequence, the contractual terms relied upon, and full compliance with any applicable statutory and pre-action requirements. Liability is denied.
