How do you request this detail from HMRC web chat?

After signing in to my Online Tax account, I can see a black bar at the bottom of the screen "Ask HMRC a question", but I can't seem to get the digital assistant to connect me to a human ("We do not offer webchat on this page.")

Hello, you might need to call them to get a breakdown. Contact details are set out on GOV.UK. Thanks
I believe the question was in response to this in an earlier post:

This year it took two letters (Sept & Nov) plus an online chat in December before I eventually received the BBSI breakdown through the post.

I sent them a letter Feb 2025, and they finally responded Dec 2025 apologising for the delay and sending me one, although I hadn't asked for one, instead I had told them I didn't have access to 2 year FRB interest until the following year.

Presumably now I need to reply by telling them about 'additional investments' online. I have 3 months to pay £800 or so (unless I query), as no longer working, so they can't take it from my income.
