dcb legal and secure parking solutions

Hello I'd appreciate some help please
My car was parking in a pay &display near a hospital (car park not owned by hospital). Paid for a 1 week stay and ended up overstaying due to requiring an unexpected life-saving operation
2 PCN were attached to the car - appealed these, lost and paid for the anyway.
Received a notice to keeper claiming a 3rd PCN was issue (not attached to the car!!!)
Wrote a letter to secure parking solutions explaining the situation (explained it would be illogical to ignore the third pcn). Requested to appeal as it was outside of the 28 day period - not my fault as I did not get the windscreen pcn - they did not respond
Wrote a complain letter to them - again no response
Attached copy of hospital discharge letter, proof of the other 2 PCN paid.
Received 2 dcbl letters - ignored
Now have received dcbl legal letter of claim
Could you advise on the action to take please?

Thanks for your response
I have just read through that, but they did not give me any reply forms mentioned in the post.
Would I be correct in emailing the response directly to info@dcblegal.co.uk, I couldn't find an alternate email.0 -

Thank you
In the mean time, would I be right to chase secure parking solutions for a response to my complaint? or is it best to just sent the email and await a response0 -
