    No worries, and no hearing! They'll discontinue before they have to pay that hearing fee.

    Prepare your WS & evidence as per the NEWBIES thread second post about that stage but you won't be at all likely to need to even file it before your deadline, which you haven't told us.

    Update : Our client has instructed us to discontinue Court proceedings and close our file. Therefore, please find enclosed the Claimant’s N279 Notice of Discontinuance for your records.  

    I received the above email, however they havent attached the N279, so i simply responded to the email informing them that i couldnt find it.
