Sorry to chase. I think tomorrow is the last day of the POPLA window...
Do you have the appeal to share or you have any other template to recommend? The last two appeals with Horizon were all successful and I provided them with the shopping receipts. The last appeal they rejected is mainly because I mentioned the insufficient signage. It seems that they did not like to be challenged in that way. I still have the shopping receipt for the rejected appeal. Do you think I could send this to POPLA as an appeal ground given the two successful cases with horizon?
