County Court Claim from Smart Parking Limited help

I would really appreciate any help or guidance with this. It was from May 2022, I paid to park but took ages to find a space then download the app as no other way to pay, signal so poor in the area. So they are saying I didn’t pay enough however I paid for longer than I actually stayed. I originally appealed with them then just ignored letters since as was so angry they can do this!
I've received a County Court Claim from Smart Parking through DCB Legal Ltd recently for a parking PCN that’s £303!
I'm furious it’s got to this but can’t have a CCJ against me. I’ve no evidence on payment or letters from back then so dont see how I can appeal without any evidence? I’m reluctant to pay however see no other option yet when I go to pay they say go to the claimant office or send money? How? There’s no contact number that works on any site? I’m stuck.
please help thanks

Your not stuck at all as you have come here
You wont get a CCJ against your name
Stop wasting your money and trying to pay!!!
Follow the newbies thread, defend the claim properly with the help from here and the claimant will discontinue the claim and you wont pay a penny1 -
Same advice as in dozens of similar threads on here recently, like this one
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6637885/smart-parking-help-have-received-count-court-letter-advice-greatly-appreciated/p1
And
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6637757/court-claim-form-received-how-to-respond#latest
Follow the process, follow our advice, no missing deadlines like one or two recently, there definitely won't be a CCJ if you follow our advice to the letter, even if its like being back at school
Post the Issue date from the top right of the claim form below and also post a redacted picture of the POC from the lower left of the claim form below after hiding the VRM details first1 -
The issue date is 24 Oct 2025, can I ask what’s the POC? Thanks0

Sorry just so unsure of the processes0

So its Smart Parking via DCB Legal, issue date 24th October 2025, Insufficient paid time
Study post 2 in the newbies sticky thread in announcements, then login to your government gateway account and navigate to MCOL and complete the AOS online stage ASAP, to gain more time and acknowledge receipt of the claim form pack
Confirm that you have done so below
Then start drafting your 11 or 12 paragraph defence based on the template defence by coupon mad, but look at the defences of other recent victims to get it right2 -
sunshine_2025 said:The issue date is 24 Oct 2025, can I ask what’s the POC? ThanksWith an issue date of 24/10/25 and providing you complete(d) the AoS after 29/10/25 and before 12/11/25 your defence deadline date is 4.00 p.m. on 26/11/25The POC is Particulars of Claim that you will find on your N1SDT claim form, in your case "insufficient paid time".
Now read the Template Defence thread. One click back from here at the top of the announcement list.3 -
Hi I have completed the AoS, is the template the same for all claims and we just tweak? Thanks0
