    Hello, I’ve received a text message over the weekend saying please make sure you’ve read all the information on the letter/email before your mediation call on the afternoon of the 30th.
    I haven’t received anything either by post or email. Should I take the call?

    Definitely take the call, if possible, you gave your phone number on your N180

    The mediation service email is probably in your spam folder

    Guidance is in the 8 steps you are following, especially about not discussing the case, only money ( or no offer. )
