Our shopping habits are constantly changing when it comes to how we get our groceries. Supermarkets are offering more online shopping and home deliveries, stores are increasing the use of self check-outs/scan and go and there isn't even an Eastenders omnibus window on Sunday afternoons to guarantee a quiet shopping window…

It does tend to be at the weekend as I prefer to walk down there in daylight but in the summer especially can also be in the evening. Also usually Saturday rather than Sunday as I like to do it really early before it gets busy, Sunday is usually pretty busy all day. So mainly but not exclusively Saturday when the shop opens.
