Based on the reports, they are still working on them as Senapt have not been exactly cooperative in giving them access to the CRM data it seems.

Sounds like that was close to the time and weeks have turned into months. I didn't hear about it till the 10th of November so I guess my reading is too late for them. Their My watts readings were often wrong. They also say where possible produce final bills. So I guess from all that, customers remain in the dark. I was paid up till the end of October so it's only 9 days but would dearly like to pay and be done.

These things do take time to work through unfortunately, especially when you are dealing with the comapny that hosts all your billing and payment data going in Administration at the same time.
